Privacy Policy

In accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into effect on May 25 2018, we have always taken your privacy seriously and always will. We will not disclose information about our customers or users to any third party. This privacy policy sets out the privacy practices in respect of the information we receive from you including through our website (www.ndulge.co.uk).

1. Your Personal Information

All personal information you provide to Ndulge will be treated as private and confidential. Ndulge may compile data in aggregate form so that it may better understand users who visit the website. For example, we may produce reports on the most popular search terms by collecting general search term data based on individual searches. Aggregate data is anonymous and does not contain any personal information which identifies users. Ndulge may send you emails to notify you about new services on offer, updates and features on the website, if you have ticked the box on Product Upates. We will only send you promotional mail if you have ticked the appropriate boxes. If you do not want to receive any promotional material, please do let us know, and we will remove you from our lists immediately.

2. Sharing of Information

Ndulge will not sell, rent, trade or give away any customer’s or user’s personal information or email address. The website may contain links to other websites. Ndulge is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any such websites.

3. Security

Ndulge is committed to the security of our customers’ and users’ personal information and has security procedures in place to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of personal information under Ndulge’s control. All website transactions are processed by Paypal and we do not retain any financial information from these. If you make a phone order with us, any financial information you give us will be entered directly into the virtual terminal and no information will be kept by us. If it is necessary to make a note of your information, this will be destroyed as soon as the transaction has been made. We do not keep any records of our customers’ financial information. 

4. Cookies

When you visit the website, Ndulge may send your computer a “cookie”, i.e. a small file that resides on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies allow Ndulge to make the website more useful by tailoring the services we offer from time to time. You can set your browser not to accept cookies, although you may not be able to access all of the features on the website.

5. Opt-out Policy

To de-register from receiving emails from Ndulge, please send an email with your details to ndulge with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject header. All removal requests will be dealt with within 28 days of receipt of the request in the back office. Alternatively you can also unsubscribe by using the ‘unsubscribe’ box at the bottom of any of our newsletters and which will unsubscribe you immediately from the mailing list.
