Shipping Policy

Postage and Delivery

For all orders placed before 12pm midday Monday to Friday, we will do our best to process and dispatch the same day. Orders placed after this time, on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatch on the next business day.

Delivery of UK orders is via Royal Mail or courier. Please note that someone needs to be present at the delivery address to accept the goods, unless instructed otherwise.

Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional shipping payment.

Postage and packaging is not included in Ndulge product prices. Please see our delivery charges for full costs.

All delivery charges are subject to change.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Late or Non-Delivery

We endeavour to send out your order as soon as possible. If you do not receive your order within 5 working days, please contact us at hello@ndulge.co.uk

Returns

We are sure you will love your order from Ndulge however, if in the unlikely event you need to return your order we operate a ‘no quibble’ returns policy. Please keep the order with the original packaging, in the condition it was received, unused and notify Ndulge of your returns via e-mail by clicking here  within 3 days from receipt of the products for a refund or exchange.

It is your responsibility to return items to us. We recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned. Please include your delivery note or copy of your email invoice and send in appropriate packaging. All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging.

The goods should be returned to: Ndulge Ltd, Collections Office, Impact Brixton, 17A Electric Lane, Brixton, London, SW9 8LA
Please note parcels will only be accepted at our registered & collections office address above, unless both parties (namely the customer and a  team member of Ndulge) have had a prior discussion concerning the said order.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid.
